Solid home cooked meal near Spruce Knob and NRocks. Very friendly staff and lots of menu options at reasonable prices.
Stop in for some of the homemade pie! We stopped traveling back to Ohio and we’re had the hamburger steak and mashed potatoes. We also ordered the hidden gem, cornbread! They make the best homemade cornbread I have EVER eaten anywhere. Great value Better food Best service.
Very nice family restaurant. The server was very polite and made us feel relaxed and comfortable even though we got there about 30 minutes before closing. The food was good as well.
We traveled to see Seneca Rocks and had not planned on where our next meal would be. What a great surprise to happen upon Gateway Restaurant! The burger was delicious, as was the daily special of ham steak. Highly recommend.
Hidden Gem! I can't believe we found such a great restaurant on a country road in WV. Clean and refreshing, the food was fresh, and the people were so friendly. Fantastic!
What a GEM of a restaurant!! Extremely clean, amazing food (I had the pork tenderloin dinner and one of my companions had the trout - both dishes HIGHLY recommended), and the waitress was very friendly and attentive to a group who obviously were not from the area. If you don't have room for homemade pie, make sure you take a piece to go!!! (Cornbread also deserves a mention - delish!!!)
Food was delicious. Had the triple decker and it was loaded. Thick cut ham and thick cut bacon definitely worth the stop. Staff was very friendly and welcoming
Must do for us when we travel through this area! We stop at Yocums for fudge and head here for a hot meal and tasty dessert.
